Reports: Brussels ready to welcome Lukashenka

Brussels is ready to welcome Alyaksandr Lukashenka at the Eastern Partnership summit on November 24, Radio Liberty refers to unnamed sources in the EU. Belarus has been invited ‘without any restrictions’ (like the ones imposed due to human rights violations, unfair elections, etc.). Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine will take part in the summit on the same terms.  

Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makei represented Belarus at the previous Eastern Partnership summit in Riga in 2015.
