Russia to attract Belarusian IT specialists?
Deputy Head of the Belarusian National Bank Syarhei Dubkous does not exclude it.
Belarus will have to make efforts to keep its IT specialists because they may leave for Russia ‘during integration processes’. It is necessary to use economic measures (not administrative) to keep such specialists at home, Syarhei Dubkou believes.
"Russia needs 650 thousand IT specialists. It means that there are not enough graduates in Russia and the internal market is experiencing manpower shortage. Russia will stimulate labour migration,” BELTA quotes Dubkou’s said forecast.
