Square Mickey Mouse painting sold for $1700 in Minsk (Photo)
A famous painting of a Belarusian artist Mihail Hulin “Supremouse” has become the only painting sold during the “Art-Fair” in the contemporary art gallery “U” from February 22 to February 28. The painting cost 5 320 000 rubles but was sold with a little discount.
Art directors did not reveal the buyer’s name to ERB, they only said the paining will be put in a private collection in Minsk and that there is an agreement to use it in joint projects the art gallery “U” will organize in the future.
