Stroms, floods kill 13 in Ukraine

Ukraine's Emergency Management Ministry said storms and floods have killed 13 people, including five children.

The ministry says four days of storms between July 23 and 26 have flooded 21,000 houses and 18,000 hectares of farmland. The government estimates the storm-related damage at $200 million.
