Sviatlana Baikova's criminal case transferred to Supreme Court
The materials of the criminal case against the Chief Investigator for particularly important cases of the General public prosecutor's office Sviatlana Baikova have been transferred to the Supreme Court.
BelaPAN report it happened on November 23. Now the Supreme Court is to define the jurisdiction of the criminal case against the Geleral public prosecutor's office's employee.
Baikova is accused of having committed crimes in accordance with several articles of the Criminal Code, namely, illegal release from criminal responsibility and abuse of authority or position.
Let us remind you, Baikova was arrested by KGB on February 25 at her working place upon the suspicion in abuse of authority.
