Travis to follow Robin Good’s path

The British band Travis is to take off for a mini-tour across the woods in Great Britain, including a visit to the land of Robin Good, The Sherwood Forest.

Performances will take place in the framework of the Forest Commission action, which aims to draw attention of the British public to the need for protecting the country’s nature.

The forest, or to be more exact, the park-staged concerts will become part of Travis’s tour across Great Britain to publicize a new album from Fran Hilly and his fellow musicians.

The band’s fifth studio album “The Boys With No Name” is expected to be released on May 15. On that day in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, the band will start their tour to be finished with a show in Sherwood’s Pines Forest Park on June 30.

During the tour, the band will stage 15 performances, including the ones at Hammersmith Apollo in London, at Academy in Birmingham and other major stages in Britain.
