Two Belarusians try to cross the Belarusian-Ukrainian border on scooters
Homel department frontier guards detained two Belarusian citizens trying to cross the Belarusian-Ukrainian border on scooters without number plates.
It turned out that the infringers were going to illegally transport the vehicles from Ukraine to Belarus. The scooters were valued at 4 million BRB and delivered to the custom authorities.
