Uralkali may resume cooperation with Belarus

The chairman of Uralkali's board of directors said the company tried to preserve cooperation with Belarusian parners. Uralkali is fully satisfied with their working relations with Belarus "despite arguments and mutual claims that occur from time to time," he said.

Voloshin reminded that the termination of export sales via Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) was caused by the actions of the Belarusian partner that had begun negotiations with subscribers outside the BPC. He also named the situation at the world market as a reason.
