Video: Execution call for 'legal highs' dealers (video)
Andrei Dzmitryeu from Speak the Truth civic campaign makes a video appeal against "drug war" in Belarus.
Dzmitryeu says "there is war against the youth in Belarus", with "70% of school students regularly using legal smoking mixes" also known as "legal highs". Speak the Truth says the fight against the legal highs should be systematic via "controls, education and the inevitability of severe punishment".
Andrei Dzmitryeu: "Speak the Truth campaign proposes to introduce a more severe punishment for drug trafficking up to 10-15 years in a high security prison and even to death penaly in some special cases".
Dzmitryeu reckons drugs should be outlawed and that any talks about legalization is "assistance to those who want the Belarusian people to disappear".
