The Russian president breaks silence over Uralkali CEO's arrest at the news conference after G20 summit in St Petersburg.
According to Mr Putin, the silence in the Baumgertner case shows that the Kremlin wants to solve the problem rather than end up in a dead end.
The Russian President admitted he hadn't discussed the situation with the arrest of Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner with Aliaksandr Lukashenka, reports RIA Novosti.
As Euroradio reported earlier the Russian MFA demanded today that Vladislav Baumgertner be released and returned to his homeland immediately.
