Wayne Gretzky plays hockey with Lukashenka and Zaharau
A famous Canadian hockey player Wayne Gretzky has managed to play hockey with Alyaksandr Lukashenka and the manager of Belarus national Olympic team Mihail Zaharau during his visit to Minsk. Speaking about his impressions, Gretzky noted ironically: “I hope the manager of the Olympic team Mihail Zaharau is a better coach than player”. Wayne Gretzky arrived in Minsk to discuss the prospects of cooperation of the world’s two strongest hockey leagues – the CHL and NHL – and to attend an All Stars match in “Minsk-Arena” on January 30, reports BelaPAN.
