Young graduate who sold spice to student sentenced to 6.5 years
In court, four instances of the ex-student selling spice were proven.
In Baranavichy, the court sentenced the 23-year-old graduate of Baranavichy State University to six and a half years in penal colony. She was found guilty of illegally purchasing with intent to sell, possession and sale of psychotropic substance analog.
According to tut.by, after graduation, a girl from Baranavichy district was supposed to be assigned to a school. However, she did not manage to work in school, because she was detained by the police.
In court, four instances of the ex-student selling banned substances were proven. Within two days - July 9 and 10 - she sold about 1.5 grams of spice for 350 thousand rubles to four customers. In this case, the youngest of them was 15 years old.
In court, the graduate fully admitted her guilt. She said that sold the psychotropic substance from May to July 2014.
The girl appealed the verdict from December 23, 2014. But the panel of judges working with criminal cases left her claim without settlement and the sentence - without changes.
