100-year-old woman dies in Minsk blaze
A 100-year-old woman and her 66-year-old daughter died in a fire in their apartment in Peramozcau Avenue in Minsk, reports TUT.by quoting the Ministry for Emergencies.
The woman turned 100 just several days ago while hewr husband marked the 66th birthday anniversary on the day of fire.
The apartment was equipped with fire alarm but sensors did not go off. Short circuit is believed to blame for the tragedy.
