Billboards depicting Belarusian political prisoners have appeared near all major border check-points on the Polish territory.
They have been installed by the civil initiative Release Mikalai Statkevich and all political prisoners, statkevich.org reports.
Presidential candidate-2010 Mikalai Statkevich has been imprisoned since the election. Human rights defenders consider him a political prisoner. Statkevich’s initiative group has been refused registration at this year’s election without any explanation.
