Drunk tractor driver nearly had his vehicle confiscated
Drunk mechanic was driving a tractor that belonged to the state farm 'Byarozavets' around the village of Malkavichy, Hantsavichy district.
According to the newspaper Soviet Palesse, he was detained by the traffic police. It turned out that the man committed such offense for the second time in a year, which means the tractor should have been confiscated under the new law.
However, the state farm administration addressed to the police claiming that the agricultural vehicle had been stolen. Therefore, the mechanic will face criminal responsibility for the carjack, while the tractor will continue to work at the farm.
