Half of Mahilyou Province ‘freeloaders’ live in Babruisk
123 people have already reported their ‘nonparticipation in the financing of state expenses’ in Mahilyou Province. They will have to pay the so-called freeloaders’ tax now.
61 people live in Babruisk and only 36 – in Mahilyou, the human rights website Viasna reports.
Tax inspectors have promised a 10% discount to those who pay the tax before May 31, 2016. The 123 inhabitants of Mahilyou Province have paid 249.5 million roubles to the tax inspectorate.
