Minsk teenager expelled from school for swearing in Twitter

The 16-year-old high-school student described in swearing words the conflict that he had had with the teacher on that day, on Twitter. The teacher reported the incident to the police, and the youngster was fined for Br 200K under the administrative Article 17.1 (swearing in public).
Other consequences of that conflict became known now - according to Dzima Malkovich, he was expelled from the secondary school No. 21 in Minsk. He finished the 10th grade in May.
