Pinsk bus drivers to make money in Sochi
Public bus drivers from Pinsk get contracts to work during the winter Olympic Games in Sochi, local newspaper Pinski Vesnik reports.
A group of Pinskers set of for the Russian city not long ago. It consists of an accredited representative of Bus Park #3 and 10 drivers with at least 5 years of driving experience. The group will work in Sochi during the Winter Olympics.
According to the newspaper, Russia reached an agreement with the Belarusian administration and 350 Belarusian bus drivers will work in Sochi during the Olympic season.
They were offered $1000/month wages (or more), a social package and accommodation, the drivers said. They will work in Sochi from January 10 until March 30. Meanwhile, Pinsk lacks bus drivers and the bus park keeps recruiting people and has even organized special courses for future candidates.
