Presentation on Euroradio: Leta, Palina Respublika (audio)
The young singer has recorded a sound track for her own summer. Leta is Palina’s first unassisted studio record.
Euroradio is presenting Palina Respublika’s new song – Leta. It is about warm summer days.
Palina recorded the song a year ago and started performing it at concerts in winter. However, now is the time for it, the singer thinks:
“The song is this summer’s sound track. I only saw Belarus, I did not travel. It says: bicycle, summer house, birds… that’s it,” Palina Respublika told Euroradio.
Leta is Palina Respublika’s first unassisted studio record. She used to record only duets. She recorded a song with the Ukrainian band Fiolet earlier. It was arranged by guitarist and accordion player Uladz Pylchanka.
Palina Respublika: “There is real dulcimer in the middle of the song. Many session musicians took part in the recording. The only embarrassing thing is the fact that we wanted to present Leta in June. However, we had technical problems.”
