10 more Belarusian officials to get into EU's "black list"
EU's countries' foreign ministers are going to expand visa sanctions against Belarusian officials by about 10 more names on May 23.
Expanding of visa sanctions will become the EU's response to the sentences to partcipants of December 19 events.
EU's foreign ministers will discuss the common situation in Belarus and Brussel's policy towards Belarus, on May 23. Last week, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherina Ashton claimed EU's willingness to consider "further targeted limitation measures in all the fields of cooperation" with official Minsk.
Meanwhile, according to Radio Liberty, imposing of economic sanctions against the Belarusian regime has not been considered in Brussels yet.
