Condolenses book to be open in Venezuelan Embassy in Minsk today
Everybody will be provided an opportunity to leave their message with regard to Hugo Chavez' death in it.
According to the information provided by Interfax-West, people may come to the Embassy to express their condolenses starting since midday today.
Hugo Chavez' funeral will take place on Friday, March 8. A 7-days mourning has been announced in Venezuela.
