Zisser: I do not know how you can control all Jews

The name of the founder and owner of tut.by sounded during Alyaksandr Lukashenka's speech quite unexpectedly. He was addressing the head of the Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Syamyon Shapira:

"Syamyon Barysavich, Zisser is behaving indecently as I see it... I asked you a year ago to take control of the Jews in Belarus and even Pavel Izotavich kept his calm. But we cannot normalize some Zisser. Look carefully into it!" said Lukashenka.

Yury Zisser responded to the statement of the head of state even before the end of the address:

"Of course, a variety of officials, including Shapira, give us advice and express their opinion or discontent about our materials. It is normal in our country. But I cannot imagine how it is possible to control all the Jews. They are not some organization. There are tens of thousands of them in our country. We, of course, listen to the views of these people. But all decisions are made independently, based on our editorial policy," tut.by quoted response of Yury Zisser.

The founder of the portal is now in Amsterdam. He said that on his return to Minsk he will be ready to make a more extended commentary.
