Belarus set to cut school curriculum
Belarusian Education Minster Mkhail Zhuraukou told the presidential administration's newspaper SB Belarus Today that 20-30 percent of the secondary school curriculum should be revised, because "contemporary [secondary] school curriculum is more difficult than in the 70-80s of the last century."
"Only the most important and necessary basic information" should be left, Zhuraukou said.
