EuroBasket: Belarus to play in semi-finals today

Belarus women’s basketball team will play Serbia in the EuroBasket semi-finals of on June 26. The match will start at 7 p.m. Minsk Time.

Spain and France will play in the other semifinal match. Spain defeated Montenegro (75:74) and France defeated Russia (77:74) yesterday. The final and the third place playoff are appointed for Sunday, June 28.

Anatol Buyalski’s team showed their best result when they won bronze medals at EuroBasket-2007.

Thanks to making it to the semifinals, the Belarusian team will be able to play in the pre-Olympic qualification tournament in 2016.
