Kozulin writes to Lukashenka over cemetery
The Minsk City Hall has rejected an application from the family of Iryna Kozulina to bury her at the prestigious Eastern Cemetery in Minsk.
The city officials said this question was beyond their competence. The Kozulins have no applied to the Council of Ministers, reports Charter'97.
The Euroradio reported earlier that Alexander Kozulin also sent a similar request to Alexander Lukashenka.
