Liabedzka: I do not close doors to Ramanchuk

Release of the United Civil Party's leader Anatol Liabedzka has revived "Jaraslau Ramanchuk's case". Jaraslau Ramanchul made a scandalous statement on December 20, in which he accused some presidential candidates and a journalist Iryna Khalip of December 19 events. After that, the ex-candidate claimed that Anatol Libedzka made up the story that the governement allegedly promised Ramanchuk a job before the election...

Ramanchuk: “We talked about everything that happened: what it was like for him in prison, what it was like for us here, wgat happened on December 19 when we last met. He has become more careful, he says things like "don't tell about everything, don't comment on everything". I am more straightforward and hot-tempered. Anatol wants to listen to everyone to make his own conclusions. I trust him and he trusts me. His release is the most important event for me since December 19”.

Ramanchuk claims that his main task in the party was to achieve Anatol Liabedzka's release. Like, he did his best. Now the ex-candidate is waiting for Liabedzka to get the hang of things, and then Ramanchuk's destiny in the party will be decided upon.

Liabedzka: “The electoral campaign itself was so difficult and complicated that it turned our some people were weak and some of us were a bit mean. This is the truth and we must face it. It is hard and complicated. We need to go deep into the situation, to listen to all the people, and then make conclusions. I don't say I closed the doors to Ramanchuk - the doors are open. However, the situation is not what it was on December 19, 2010”.

The UCP Chairman states that his colleagues will decide on Ramanchuk's destiny in the party. However, he is responsible for the party and for his deputy Ramanchuk. Now he says he will have to take complicated decisions, both political and human ones. Until then, the politician plans to meet with his family and relatives.
