Paulouski says that it takes minimum effort to fulfil the demands of the Polish Prime Minister. You just need to release all political prisoners and hold an open democratic election. This will guarantee the 9 billion euro of financial assistance to the country promised by the Polish PM.
The money will help fill the country’s gold and foreign currency reserves and stabilize the rouble exchange rate, notes Paulouski.
