Participants of anti- NPP construction action to stand trial today
Participants of the picket against Astravets NPP construction were detained yesterday near Frunzenskaya metro station. There were many foreign citizens there.
The picket was organized by activists of social, anarchist and ecological movements. Among the detained there are Julianna Hrynets, Andreas Schelhas, Janina Rolik, Guide Hansen, Jan Hendrikrop, Catherine Heinrich, Yahor Yaromchanka, Alena Vitko, Siarhej Sliusar, Darota Kubasheuska. All the arrestees were delivered to Akrestsina street detention center, and spent the night there. Belarusian participants on the anti-NPP action will stand trial today, the human rights center "Viasna" informs.
