Prosecutor wants to reword Ales Byalyatski's accusation
The prosecutor asked to postpone the trial till November 16.
He said he needed to reword the accusation. "It will differ from the previous one a lot", says the prosecutor.
Let us remind you, the human rights defender is accused of tax evasion in especially big scope. The accusation is based on the documents, provided by Lithuania. However, Lithuania claimed that these documents had no legal force.
