The public utilities are unable to cope with the consequences of the cyclone Haver.
There is so much snow that people can hardly walk along eth streets. Dozens of road accidents have been registered in the city. Ambulances cannot reach patients and are getting stuck in traffic jams.
The snowfall is accompanied by strong wind and icy road conditions. Windscreens are getting covered with ice.
The weather will not change by Saturday.
