Uladzislau Kavalyou speaks to his sister for three hours, in handcuffs
The meeting took place in the presence of a guard.
The Vitsebsk inhabitant, convicted for the terrorist act, has been permitted to see his family once a month. Kavalyou's mother will meet with him in the end of February.
Tatsyana Kavalyova spoke to her brother through the glass, in the presence of a guard. Uladzislau was in handcuffs all the time. The girl has informed this in a comment to Euroradio. They were not allowed to speak about the confinement conditions. The guard said that the meeting would last depending on the topics they discuss. Therefore, they spoke mostly about their common friends, the girl has said.
Let us remind you, Uladzislau Kavalyou and Dzmitry Kanavalau were sentenced to death. Both Vitsebsk inhabitants had been accused of organization of the Minsk metro blast and a series of other blasts.
