Valyantsin Stefanovich asks court to consider his case later
The human rights defender addressed to the Partyzanski district court of Minsk with such a request. He says he cannot attend the court on November 15.
Let us remind you, a claim of the Ministry of Taxation and Fees against Stefanovich should be considered in court on November 15. The Ministry wants to make Stefanovich pay Br 31 million 500 thousand of allegedly unpaid taxes, as well as the penalty fee, notes BelaPAN. The sum has been calculated basing on the information about his foreign bank accounts. This information has been provided to Belarus by Lithuania.
Alongside with that, Valyantsin Stefanovich's complaint about the fine from the tax inspection will be considered in the Partyzanski district court of Minsk on November 23.
