Vandal damages 13 cars, drops phone in Minsk (photo)
The damages amount to over Br12 million.
13 cars were damaged in Kalinouski Street in Minsk. The culprit slashed their tyres with a knife.
The possible vandal’s phone was found on the spot. The young man had a knife on him when he was detained. His relation to the crime is being checked now.
The damage done by the Minsker is over 12 million roubels, Minsk police press service reports.
