Velcom business center in Minsk mined
The building has been cordoned off by the police and bomb technicians.
The Velcom business center located on the Internatsyanalnaya street behind the Palace of Republic was mined on the evening of March 20 in Minsk. The 10-storey building was surrounded by the police and the street blocked. Bomb technicians are working on-site.
According to one of riot police officers, all people were evacuated from the business center. Law enforcement officers have not yet provided any additional comment.
