Head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov has described the ex-Present’s travels on Facebook.
Yanukovich left Kiev for Kharkiv by plane on February 21. He “answered questions” on Kharkiv TV and did not appear anywhere else. New details have appeared today.
Arsen Avakov has published the President’s last note where he refused from the state security service. The guards bade farewell to Yanukovich and left their weapons in the MIA department in Crimea.
Yanukovich’s whereabouts are unknown now. He is wanted by the police for being involved in the massacre of peaceful citizens.
