Vladimir Putin to visit Minsk
Belarus and Russian presidents will discuss the situation in Ukraine on April 29, Putin’s aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters.
Putin will visit the Belarusian capital to take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. The two presidents will hold bilateral talks after the meeting.
“Putin and Lukashenka are expected to discuss the key foreign-policy issues, including the situation in Ukraine and joint work aimed at strengthening the Commonwealth of Independent States,” Interfax quotes Ushakov as saying.
