Action near Kurapaty restaurant (photo)

The protest action near the restaurant in Kurapaty is in process now. About 30 people have gathered there today, on June 29. The activists have pasted leaflets with information about communist repressions and copies of Kurapaty defenders’ protocols on the fence.

A Polish delegation has visited Kurapaty and laid flowers there today. An Austrian delegation is also expected. Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen is visiting Belarus now. He has already taken part in the requiem meeting in the memorial complex Trostenets.

 Zmitser Dashkevich, Yahor Lauruhin and Valery Minets who had been planning to install new crosses near the restaurant “Poedem, Poedim” were detained on Friday.
