Belarus executes a third person within a year
Death row convict Alyaksandr Hrunou from Homel was executed by shooting.
It is reported by human rights website Vyasna refering to the mother of the convicted Volha Hrunova.
According to the woman, she received a parcel. It contained the clothes that Alyaksandr had on when he was on death row in prison in Minsk's Valadarskaya Street.
It was previously reported that the head of state rejected Alyaksandr Hrunou's appeal for clemency. The man was sentenced to death for the brutal murder of a Homel student Natallia Yemelyanchykava: the girl's body had more than 100 stab wounds.
In April this year a 23-year-old student Paval Syalyun and 45-year-old Rygor Yuzepchuk were executed by shooting.
