Belarusian PM met by Mongolian cavalry in Ulan-Bator (photo)
The Belarusian governmental delegation headed by PM Mikhail Mysnikovich continues the official visit to Mongolia.
On September 4, Mysnikovich met with Mongolian PM Norovyn Altankhuyag (in the photo). The Belarusian delegation was met by the escort of honour - a dozen of military men on horses, dressed as Genghis Khan warriors. Genghis Khan is believed to have founded the Mongolian Empire in the beginning of the XIII century.
According to BELTA, Belarus and Mongolia signed an intergovernmental agreement on visa abolition. The Mongolian side expressed their wish to develop cooperation with Belarus in the spheres of industry and agriculture.
Mikhail Myasnikovich has invited Norovyn Altankhuyag to come to Belarus with an official visit.
