Biathlon: Domracheva snatches bronze for Belarus in World Cup relay
Incredible Darya Domracheva helps get the bronze for Belarus at a biathlon World Cup event in Oberhof, Germany.
The Czech Republic team of Eva Puskarcikova, Gabriela Soukalova, Jitka Landova and Veronika Vitkova used just 7 spare rounds to claim victory in the women's relay with a time of 1:16:56. France followed in second place, with eight spare rounds, 8.9 seconds back. Darya Domracheva moved from 1:44 back at the third exchange to move her team up to third place, 1:06.8 back with a single penalty and eight spares. Norway, Italy and Ukraine rounded out the top six teams, reports IBU Info.
