London terrorist attack: Killers asked passers-by to photograph them
Police arrest two islamists who killed 'a member of armed forces' in south-east London on May 22.
The circumstances of the terrorist attack as well as the identities of the terrorists remain classified. According to one version, they planned to kidnap a military man and knocked him down by a car, but the man resisted and was killed. The other version claims they planned to kill him from the very start. The man who was fatally attacked was wearing a Help for Heroes T-shirt. According to some information, the killers asked the passers-by... to take a picture of them at the crime scene.
The police arrived to the area and got under the Islamists' fire but managed to wound and detain them. A great number of weapons was seized. The police described the incident as a "politically motivated Islamists' terrorist attack".
Both Interior Minister Theresa May and Prime Minister David Cameron have stated there was a terror attack in London.
