Makei to talk about White Legion with foreign ambassadors

Belarusian Foreign Minister Uladzimir Makei is soon to discuss the situation around the 'patriots case' with foreign ambssadors. The minister made this statement when speaking at the international conference "Economic Security in a Globalized World" under the auspecies of the Minsk Dialogue initiative on Friday.
"I have scheduled meetings with a number of ambassadors. We will of course touch on this topic," Makei is quoted as saying by Radio Svaboda when asked to comment on the 'patriots case.'
On May 19, the head of Belarusian diplomacy said that his ministry was passing all the necessary information on this case to European partners.
16 people remain behind bars out of a total of around 30 charged with preparations for a riot. On June 1, media reports suggested that charges were dropped against Mikalai and Jan Mikhalkou and that they walked out free from the pretrial jail.
