Moldova citizen detained at Belarus-Lithuania border
A Moldovan man tried to cross the Belarus-EU border illegally by hiding between carriages on an Adler-Kaliningrad train.
A Moldovan citizen tried crossing the Belarusian-Lithuanian border illegally last night. The man (b. 1974) hid between two carriages in a passenger train heading from Adler to Kaliningrad.
He was heading for Vilnius, ‘the passenger’ explained after the detention.
The Moldovan has been detained for 3 days on charges of border violation, the website of the State Border Committee reports.
