Traffic police accident: Motorcyclist was sober - Investigations Committee
The motorcyclist, who on April 18 got into a road accident involving a traffic policeman in Minsk, was sober. The preliminary data was announced by the official representative of the Investigative Committee Yulia Hancharova, BelaPAN reports.
According to Euroradio, a road policeman tried to stop a motorcyclist, allegedly for his motorcycle missing a registration number. However, the biker pulled off sharply and dragged the cop behind. At the intersection of Masherov Avenue and Independence Avenue they were both hit by a collectors' car. Traffic policeman was hospitalized in serious condition. The driver was also injured, he is currently kept in the hospital in custody. A criminal case was started against him.
