Ales Byalyatski’s lawyer directs appeal from conviction

According to BelaPAN, the court will have to consider the appeal within a month. 

Let us remind you that the human rights activist was sentenced to 4.5 years of imprisonment in a top-security colony and confiscation of property. Byalyatski was returned guilty of major tax evasion.
