He sent it from prison on August 8 .
The human rights defender's letter is quoted by the web-site "Viasna":
"Life goes on, I am getting used here and studying the science of life in a detention center. We get up early - at 6, and go to bed also early - at 22. The organism is getting used to the forgotten military daily regime surprisingly quickly. Everything is done here with no hurry, but very precisely and "with taste". Going for a walk - "with taste", going to the shower - "with taste".
They took me to the doctor, made a fluorography, fingerprinted me for the second time within these three days, opened a medical history. I have no complaints about health.
I see it all as something unreal by now, I'll see what I feel about this later.
It was a bit stuffy in this heat, but then it rained and the air was fresh and clear when we went for a walk. It's good that the light days are long. I have always had good reaction to light".
