Bruzhi protesters’ trial to continue today
The trial was postponed until August 1 on July 20.
Hrodna Lenin District Court will consider the complaints of the police and the regional customs house about the actions of participants of the picket at the border check-point “Bruzhi”. The joint expenses of both services were said to total about 10 million rubles. Almost 7 millions were used to disrupt the spontaneous protest of “smugglers” on June 12. Let us remind you that special police troops had to arrive there on that day.
36 participants of the picket are going to be made to pay for it. They have already been fined for participation in an unauthorized action and resistance to the police.
