EU not to sell specialized vehicles, water cannons and helmets to Belarus
All these and some other things have been included into the list of objects which might be used for internal repressions.
The official journal of the European Union has published a long list of objects, forbidden for sale to Belarus. Apart from weapons and explosives, this list includes many other things.
Among them there are vehicles specially designed for the transport or transfer of prisoners and/or detainees, water cannons, night vision equipment, amunition that includes helmets and shields, and military knives, combat knives and bayonets with blade lengths in excess of 10 cm.
