Handicapped man beating suspect: I repented and am going to apologize

The public prosecutor decided not to detain him and to release him under a non-leave obligation.


Alyaksej has told Euroradio: "I repented of what I did. I am going to visit this man and apologize to him soon".

Euroradio reminds, a 40-year-old handicapped person was beaten in the metro on January 2. He asked the youngster to give up his seat to him. The observation cameras of Minsk metropolitan filmed the suspects in the case. A criminal case has been started against one of them, a Minsker, born in 1995. He spent several days in the pre-trial detention center.
