Head of police fails to run away from ticket collector in Minsk (video)
Th incident happened in a city tram.
The head of the police refused to pay for
the ticket and was going to come out at the stop. However, the ticket collector
stopped him: "Don't come out, pay the fine first and then leave!".
When the policeman pushed him and ran for the door, the ticket collector seized
him and did not let him go.
Ticket collector: "No, I won't let you go, my dear! No, you are not coming
out. You should pay the fine right here, and show your ID! This is what they
call a policeman now!". Some passengers supported the ticket collector
